 Not what I needed I wanted a program to make .mov Quicktime movies into 3gp format for my phone. The Mpeg-4 works but i-Movie has greater flexibility in Share>Quicktime>Expert settings.

 Loved it! I loved this program. I've been looking for something like this ever since I got my iPod several months ago and have only found useless junk to convert my stash of MPEG and AVI files.  This is great and very easy to use...
 It does not convert .shs (scrap files) to .jpg files. It does not even open the .shs file. So for now, it is absolutely useless to me.
Testing Im still to figure out ACDsee. One problem I have right now is how to edit text on an image. Maybe someone can help out.Thanks.
